Our dedicated team of experts make tailorised training schedules. The YOGRAJ SINGH CRICKET Academy ‘training centres’ are designed for high-level training and focuses only on results. Our coaches are sharp and energetic and only aim to maximise players potential.
e-Training (Online) Programs
We use the training centre to create live in E-training sessions and programs for each distant player and allowing them to utilise the technology to prepare for the demands of the different circuit matches . Accommodation is available for players at the Academy.
Training schedule
• Monday to Friday
• 6 hrs of Cricket per day – 2 group training sessions of 2h and a one to one session of 1h and 1h of Physical Fitness and Yoga /Pilates/Meditation sessions
• 1 hr 30 mins of fitness per day
• Wednesday afternoon dedicated to the recovery process
• Tournament planning: scheduling and player/coach/parent consultations
• International tournaments possible, in accordance with the player’s level
• Medical follow-up: physio/general medecine
• Yoga/Pilates/Strength and Conditioning Sessions at Gymnasiums
